Our coaches assess each player and improve on the players weaknesses, and fine tune their strengths. We dedicate one hour per session to the elementary and high school age groups. Our focus is on developing the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and individual defense at the elementary group level. With the high school age group we continue to build on the core fundamental skills, while introducing team skills such as setting screens, decision making, spacing etc.
If, you are new to our program and want to get a feel for our skills training, you can try 1 session and go from there.
